On Site technical assistance the first day of laying and erecting forms. Follow Up technical assistance and inspection of the form work and final review to schedule concrete placement. This is done at approximately 50% completion of the walls. On Site technical assistance the day the concrete is poured. This is scheduled at the time of the follow up inspection. We are always just a phone call away for additional technical support on how to handle all the aspects of building an ICF house or building. We offer certified installation programs for builders and installers engaged in the regular use of our ICF form systems. Technical Support for future projects is Free if done off site in our office. Additional technical support On Site is available above and beyond the 3 Step support program for the cost of reimbursement to CAS, Inc.
